Installs and configures the Wavefront Proxy and Telegraf agent. The existing Operations for Applications cookbook, https://supermarket.chef.io/cookbooks/wavefront is to be deprecated and wavefront_csp_enabled are not recommended for usage and hence can be installed using wavefrontv2 cookbook.

This cookbook installs and configures Wavefront's proxy for Wavefront.
Basic usage
The default recipe installs and configures the proxy. The configuration for this service, including the CSP access token and oauth methods, can be tuned using the node attributes.
